Filled directly from the hive to the jar with no processing in between, our honey retains its full natural character and vital enzymes.
Hand-harvested from wild linden trees in the Soča Valley by Carniolan bees our family has kept since 1969.
Raw, unfiltered, never heated above 40°C. What's in the jar is exactly what the bees made.
On the nose it's floral and fresh. On the palate it finishes with a light, clean hint of mint that lingers.
Pairs with aged cheeses, salted butter, or simply on a slice of bread.
Crystallization is natural. To return it to liquid, warm the jar in a bain-marie below 40°C.
