Carniolan Bees & Traditional AŽ Hives
We don't just harvest honey; we raise our own native Carniolan bees. Using traditional Slovenian AŽ beehives, we provide our colonies with superior climate control and natural ventilation. This allows our honey to ripen slowly to a lower water content, resulting in a thicker, more concentrated flavor that is unique to our valley.
